The Agape Sunday School Class will be starting a new study this week from the book of Daniel. The title is The Book Of Daniel and is written by Russell Stendal. We would love to have more people join us for our journey through this exciting book. We meet in Room 212 at 9:45AM.
The hurricane devastation in the Bahamas is extensive. If you would like to help this week, the following items are needed:
MREs , baby food, baby formula, diapers, baby wipes,
water purification, soap (bars or liquid).
Bring them to the church office by Thur, Sept 19 next week during normal business hours (9:00AM-4:00PM).
If you want to make a monetary gift, make the check out to FUMC and put “Bahamas” in the memo line.
100% of these funds will go directly to relief through the United Methodist Committee on Relief UMCOR.
Also, closer to home, please listen out for opportunities to do more relief work in the Panama City/Marianna area in the coming weeks.
Lastly, some time in the next few weeks, our church parking lot will be used as a collection/staging place for hurricane relief supplies. Parking may be disrupted for a couple of weeks, but we will be greatly assisting in disaster relief.

Our seniors will be meeting for Game Day on Friday, Sept 20 from 11:00AM-2:00PM in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a dish to share for lunch.
All men are invited to join the UMM in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00PM on Monday, Sept 9 at 6:00PM. A devotion, meal, and special guest speaker are lined up.

One Blood’s Big Red Bus will be here Sunday, Sept 15 from 8:00AM-1:00PM in the parking lot next to The Crossroads Center.

First Presbyterian Church will host the next Joint Hymn Singing on Sunday, Sep 15 at 6:00PM. We are looking forward to this blessed time together praising our Lord with songs. As in the past, anyone or any group/choir is encouraged and welcomed who wants to perform special music. Afterwards everyone is invited to bring a light refreshment (finger food) to share. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors for a special time of fellowship with other Crestview churches!
We want to show our appreciation for parents by creating opportunities for you to have a night out to relax, go for dinner, or enjoy a few hours to regroup for the week ahead.
Our first night will be October 11, 2019 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Registration for the event is required and on a first come basis. Please register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot for this event.

Please bring a labeled snack and/or meal if your child has allergies or specific dietary needs. Notify our staff if there are any foods your child cannot be in contact with (i.e. peanuts, etc).

Memorial for Bill Miller will be held Saturday, August 31 in Christ Chapel. Visitation will be from 10-10:30AM. Service at 11:00AM. Please keep Betsy and Mike Roy in your prayers.
