Rates Effective August 2024
Monthly Tuition:
Ages 36 months – 60 months $675.00 POTTY TRAINED VPK Extended Care $500.00 Monthly
Weekly Tuition:
Ages 36 months – 60 months $175.00 POTTY TRAINED VPK Extended Care $135.00 weekly (If there are multiple accidents or “not” totally dry, we will charge an additional $50 per month until completely dry.)
VPK Programs:
3 Day Program-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-2pm—FREE with VPK voucher 5 Day Program-Monday-Friday, 8:30am-11:30am—FREE with VPK voucher 5 Day Program-Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm—* $300 per month with VPK voucher
*Parents or legal guardians may apply for a VPK certificate for their child online starting January 1st, 2024: Apply here
Paying VPK—Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9am - 2pm $105 per week
Part-Time Program
3 Year Old’s—Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 9am - 2:00pm $100 per week
Additional Fees
After 4:30pm $1.00 per minute Late Fee for weekly Tuition due on Monday $15.00 Late Fee for monthly Tuition due on the 1st $30.00 Returned Check Fee (Only cash or money order accepted) $35.00 Registration due every August 1st each year per child $100.00 Registration fees are non-refundable
If any unpaid balance is not paid by the 1st of each month for monthly payments, or by Monday for weekly payments, Wesleyan CCC reserves the right to withdraw your child with or without notice.
Two week’s written and paid notice is required for all withdrawals from the center. A two-week tuition charge will be added to all accounts which have not provided a two-week notice.
Full tuition regardless of Christmas break, Thanksgiving, holidays and weather related closures is included in our monthly and weekly tuition. No discounts or money back for these closures.
