Kids' Street End Of Year Bash Wednesday, June 14

All Kids K-5th and anyone who volunteers or works on Kids Street!
This will be our end of the year bash!
When: Wednesday, June 14th
Time: 5:30-7:30
We will take not be taking the BUS, we will be carpooling.
Cost is 10.00 for Skating and Pizza
Meet and Pick Up @ The Crossroads Center.
Parents MUST fill out a consent form and have it notarized (which Angie Arnold will gladly do for you). Pick up consent forms (turn into Jenn Morgan or office) on the office ledge or on Kid's Street.
